- 2 teaspoons butter (or olive oil which I use)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 pint or so of cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic (sautéed sliced or pressed)
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Start off with melting the butter (or add and heat the oil) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sautéed garlic, cherry tomatoes, basil, and sugar. Cook for about 30 to 45 seconds, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Continue cooking for a few seconds more until the tomatoes have just started to blister.
