12 chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon salt
2 ( 10oz) peg frozen chopped spinach
1 cup diced onion
1 Tab. butter or margarine melted
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
3/4 cup milk
3 ( 4oz) cans diced green chills, drained
3 ( 8oz) cartons sour cream
3 cups ( 12 oz) shredded Monterey Jack
16 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender. Dice and set aside.
Cook spinach according to pkg. directions,drain well and reserve 1 cup spinach broth. set aside.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Stir in spinach and chicken and set aside.
Combine soup,reserved spinach broth,milk,green chiles,sour cream,and half of cheese in a bowl,mix well.
Mix half the sauce into chicken mixture.
Reserve remaining sauce.
Spoon chicken mixture evenly down center of each tortilla ,roll up tortilla and place seam side down in 2 greased 9X13 pans.
Spoon remaining sauce over tortillas.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese last 5 minutes
