2 pkgs. Crescent rolls
1/4 lb. boiled ham
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1/4 lb. Genoa salami
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
1 large jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut
3 eggs, beaten with dash of pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Parsley (optional) dried may be used

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 pkg. crescent rolls (seams together) on bottom of 13x9 pan. (Ungreased)
Layer meat and cheese in order written.
Top with roasted red peppers.
Pour most of egg mixture on top.
Top with next package of rolls.
Brush with leftover (3 tbsp.) egg mixture.
Top with grated cheese and parsley.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes or until top is light brown. Cut into squares. serve warm or at room temperature.
