COLLECT BROKEN RAW FRIES AND ODD POTATOES AND SOFT BOIL UNTIL TENDER ABOUT 10 MIN ADD ANY BROKEN COOKED FRIES TO THIS BATCH MASH WITH A POTATO MASHER UNTIL COARSE AND SLIGHTLY SMOOTH.



5 pound of smash potatoes

1/5 cup of sauteed oions

1/4 cup of julined green bell peppers

1/5 cup of julined carmelized onions

2 shakes of smashbrown seasoning

Preheat, pre-oil to 300
place raw onions and peppers on grill first shake with two shakes of smashbrown seasoning on top of veggies (not potato) then place smash potatoes
on top and the carmelized on top of them flip and rotate until slighty brown and crusty then move to the 225 degree side
