1 c. dry Minute Rice
1 c. water
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp butter or margarine
(prepare the above according to package)
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 med. can ripe pitted black olives cut in half
2 T. minced onion
2/3 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
7 oz can light tuna
4 1/2 oz cooked shrimp pieces-drain, rinse in hot water, drain again
1/4 c. Wishbone Italian dressing.

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate seafood in dressing for 1 hour, then drain. Combine rest of ingredients. Toss seafood in rest of salad. Chill. Best to make it 1-2 days ahead.
