2 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts at room temperature
1 & 1/2 cups Raisins
1 cup Spiced Rum (optional)
1 cup sour cream (full fat)
1 cup white sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Soak raisins in spiced rum until plumped then discard any soaking liquid left in bowl. This step is optional and adds nice flavor if you like spiced rum but can be left out.

Pour raisins into bottom of pie shell.

Beat sour cream, sugar and egg together and pour over raisins.

Cover with top crust,flute to seal edges.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
