1 pkg Devil's food cake mix
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c caramel ice cream topping
3 chocolate covered toffee bars
1 8 oz container frozen whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions and cool on wire rack for 5 min. Make slits across top of cake (do not go through bottom).

Heat milk and caramel over low heat stirring until smooth and blended. Slowly pour over warm cake letting it sink into slits. Sprinkle toffee liberally while cake is still warm.

Let cake cool in pan completely. Top each slice with whip topping and toffee and caremel swirls.
