• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 TBSP butter
• 1 TBSP olive oil
• Sliced baby Bella mushrooms
• 1/2 lb shrimp
• 1/2 lb scallops
• 1 cups chicken and/or seafood broth
• 1 cup dry white wine
• 2 TBSP fresh basil sliced
• 2 TBSP chopped Italian Parsley
• 1 TSPN fresh thyme leaves
• 2 tablespoons parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream or yogurt

Cook onions, red pepper flakes, and garlic in butter and oil. Add mushrooms and sauté until aromatic about 5 minutes Add wine, broth, salt and pepper, basil, parsley and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Meanwhile, cook ½ lb of pasta.
When pasta is almost cooked, add seafood to sauce along with the sour cream / yogurt and cook till shrimp and scallops are done (about 2-3 minutes).
Add pasta to the sauce and cook 30 seconds just to combine. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve. Can use other seafood: 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can clams, not drained or crabmeat. You can adjust measurements to your taste.
