6 oz. milk chocolate chips
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. creme de cacao

Dipping Chocolate:
2 lbs. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the chocolates. Chill until cold. Warm the cream until bubbles appear on the sides in a small saucepan. Pour into blender and add butter. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add chocolates. Blend until smooth. Pour into medium bowl. Mix in the creme de cacao. Cover and chill for 8 hours.

Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet and freeze until firm. If possible, let harden overnight.

For dipping sauce, put chocolate in a large sauce pan. Heat slowly until melted. Dip chocolates into dipping sauce and chill until set (about 1 hour).
