Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
2 cans Carnation® evaporated milk
6 large egg yolks
4 Tbsp spoons cornstarch
2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
Light brown sugar
Water
Various small, medium, or large baking ramekins

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except light brown sugar and water) in a large mixing bowl. Beat the ingredients with electric mixer until well incorporated (about 5 minutes).

Place 2 Tbsp light brown sugar and 1 Tbsp of water into a small baking ramekin. If using medium ramekin, use 4 Tbsp of light brown sugar and 2 Tbsp of water. If using large ramekins, use 6 Tbsp of light brown sugar and 3 Tbsp of water. Mix until sugar dissolves but the sugar water mixture should be a little thick.

Use a strainer to pour the well beaten milk mixture into the sugared ramekins.

Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven 55-60 minutes or until light brown on top. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Refrigerate 4-5 hours or longer.

To serve run a butter knife around edge of ramekin, place a dish over ramekin, and invert over onto dish. The light brown sugar will be caramelized over flan.
