1 c. Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
1/2 c. Soft Butter
1 Egg, Unbeaten
1 tsp. Canilla
1/2 c. Raisins
3/4 c. Crushed Pineapple, Undrained
2 c. Sifted Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Soda
1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts or Macadamia (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar, butter, egg and vanilla until fluffy. Add raisins and pineapple. Sift in flour with baking powder, soda and salt. Mix well and stir in nuts. Drop by spoonful 2" apart on greasedcookie sheets. Bake at 375 º for 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
