6 loin pork chops
3 potatoes thinly sliced
2 green peppers thinly sliced
1 lg. onion thinly sliced
28 oz. can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, then green pepper, then onion in roasting pan. Lay chops on top. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake, covered until vegetables are done.
