1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 oz. cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp.Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1-1/2 lb. ground sirloin
1 large egg beaten
1 Tbsp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat a skillet to medium and sauté garlic and vegetables. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small football-like mini-meatloaves and place on a foil-lined sheet pan. Spoon barbecue sauce on top of each meatloaf. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
