3 lb ground beef
1 qt cream
1 c. breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp allspice

For Sauce:
1 pint heavy cream
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. beef stock
1/2 tsp dill
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add cream to ground beef and beat thoroughly. Add seasonings and bread crumbs, mix well. Brown meatballs by placing on sheet pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
For sauce: Melt butter in pan-stir in flour. Gradually add broth, and bring to a boil-stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add cream, dill, salt and pepper.
Place meatballs in a casserole-pour sauce over. bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
