Smoked Chicken
Smoked Andouille Sausage
1 yellow onion
3 russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1" cubes
5 cups of milk
1 cup of heavy cream
4 ears of corn, kernels only
5 bacon slices, cooked and chopped
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Smoke anything that needs smokin'. Prep all ingredients.
Cook onion, then potatoes. Add milk and cream, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer until potatoes are tender. Add corn. Using a slotted spoon, transfer 2 cups of soup mixture to a bowl. Blend the rest to puree. Return mixture, add bacon, sausage and chicken, cayenne, salt and pepper.
