3 TBSP. Butter
1 cup Plum puree
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 TBSP. Lemon juice
2 TBSP. minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in a small saucepan over medium heat Cook, shaking the pan occasionally, until it turns light brown, about 5 minutes. Lower heat and stir in puree. Cook stirring, about 1 minute.
Add the other ingredients, and serve with 10 minutes or keep warm over the lowest possible flame, stirring occasionally for up to 30 minutes.
