Pulled Pork Sauce:
1/4 tsp. / 2 oz. White vinegar
1/4 tsp. / 2 oz. Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. / 0.4 oz. Sugar
1 Tbsp. / 0.4 oz. Texas PeteŽ Original Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp. / 0.1 oz. Salt
1/2 tsp. / 0.1 oz. Black pepper
2 lb. Pork roast
6 Sandwich rolls (12 oz.)

The best pulled pork recipe you will ever cook...recipe serves 4 (6)oz servings.

STEP ONE
Mix together sauce ingredients in saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
STEP TWO
Place pork in baking pan. Cover with foil and cook at 300°F for 6 hours. Place onto a cutting board and shred. Place into a bowl and add the sauce. Mix. Serve on rolls.
