1 tsp. / 0.16 oz. Texas PeteŽ Original Hot Sauce
1/2 cup / 4 oz. Orange Marmalade
11/2 tsp. / 0.25 oz. Horseradish
4 1/2 tsp. / 0.75 oz. Prepared Orange Juice
1 1/2 tsp. / 0.1 oz. Cajun Seasoning
1 1/2 lb. Chicken wings
2 Tbsp. / 1 oz. Texas PeteŽ Original Hot Sauce

STEP ONE
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
STEP TWO
Bake or fry wings. If baking, cook at 375°F for 25 minutes. Pour Texas Pete into a bowl. Add cooked wings to the bowl and toss with sauce to fully coat. Using tongs, dip wings into Cajun Marmalade Sauce and place on baking pan. Place under broiler or salamander for a few minutes to set sauce. Place on serving tray.
