1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp. Salt
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 to 1 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
1/4 tsp. Dried Basil
1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning Blend
4 Hamburger Buns
Sautéed Onions (optional)

Combine the oregano, paprika, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt into a small bowl. Combine the beef, salt, onion, thyme, garlic clove, hot sauce, basil, and 1 tsp. of the Cajun seasoning from the other bowl. Shape into four patties, and cook in a skillet or on a grill over medium hot heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve on buns, with sautéed onions.
