2 oz. tequila
Juice of two fresh limes
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 fresh pineapple, cut into rings or chunks

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine tequila, lime juice and sugar. Add pineapple and toss gently until coated. Cover and let marinate at room temperature about 30 minutes. When grill is heated, cook pineapple, turning frequently, about 6-8 minutes, until outside begins to carmelize. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
