• 4 oz. tequila
• Juice of two fresh oranges
• Juice of 5-6 fresh limes
• 1 Serrano pepper, seeded and minced
• 1 Tbsp. chili powder
• Salt and fresh-ground pepper, to taste
• 6 boneless chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl or container with lid, combine tequila, fresh juices, Serrano pepper and seasonings until well blended. Add the chicken breasts. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare and heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade and season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Grill for about five minutes, until browned, then turn and cook an additional 5-10 minutes, until cooked through. Remove from heat and allow to rest briefly before serving.
