6 pork chops
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from chops and brush with Worcestershire Sauce. Mix bread crumbs with all seasonings. Roll chops in crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until meat is thoroughly cooked.

I bake in a pan of water and cover with foil for the first 45 minutes. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes so chops are browned (turn each side).
