VEGETARIAN STEW

1 can (46 ounce) tomato juice
4 carrots-sliced thin
3 cups water
1 tablespoons chili powder
3 medium potatoes-peeled and cubed
2 teaspoons beef bouillon
1 can (15 ounce) garbanzo beans
1 teaspoon crushed basil
1 cup lentils
1 teaspoon garlic
1 large onion, chopped

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook over low-medium heat for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
