½ c. of oats
1 c. of water
2 eggs beaten
½ c. margarine softened
¼ c. veg. oil
1 c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
1 ½ c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
(optional) ½ tsp. vanilla


Topping
1 stick margarine-melted
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. caramel topping
½ c. chopped or ground pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to oats and set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add to the oats. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

Topping
Punch holes in the top of the cake with tooth picks. Pour topping over top while hot.
