1 ice cream pail full of sliced cucumbers
3 large onions sliced
4 C sugar
4 C vinegar
1/2 C pickling salt
1 1/3 Tbsp mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, vinegar, pickling salt, mustard seed, and turmeric in large pot to a boil and let cool. Layer cukes and onions in ice cream pail and pour vinegar mixture over top. Refrigerate for a couple weeks until ready to enjoy!
