1 cup butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs

2-3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

3 tbsp sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl

Combine next 4 ingredients in medium bowl

Transfer dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat together

Put bowl of cookie dough in fridge for 15 minutes, together with baking sheets

Mix in small bowl last 2 ingredients

Make small balls of cookie dough and dredge in sugar/cinnamon mixture and place on cold baking sheet

Bake for 10 minutes
