1 boneless pork tenderloin
3 cups soy sauce
4 cups sugar
1 cup honey
1 tsp. meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast in about thirds lengthwise, so there are 3 pieces about 1 1/2" thick. Combine and stir until sugar is dissolved. Marinate pork tenderloin in sauce 2 hours. Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours. Place under broiler to get toasted glaze on outside. Slice very thin. Serve with mustard sauce.
