1 cup long grain rice
1 cup ground ham
1 large can diced tomatoes
1/2 medium onion diced
1/2 large jar drained sauerkraut
1/2 small head cabbage shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small amount of oil saute the onions, ham, rice, cabbage, salt and pepper until the onions are translucent and the cabbage is wilted. Place in a casserole dish. Drain the tomatoes reserving the juice. Add water to tomatoe juice to make 2 cups liquid. Pour into casserole dish. Stir in sauerkraut. top with tomatoes. Cover and cook at 350 º for an hour until rice is cooked.
