5 or 6 lbs. Short Ribs
½ c. Flour
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste
2 c. Sliced Onions
¾ c. Catsup
2 T. Vinegar
2 T. Soy Sauce
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
½ c. Sugar
¾ c. Water

Directions:
Cut short ribs into 2 inch lengths, Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Roll short ribs in seasoned flour. Arrange in large casserole or roaster pan and cover with sliced onions. Mix together catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, sugar and water. Pour over ribs. Cover and bake in slow oven at 300º for 3 hours. The cover may be removed from the pan the last 30 minutes if you like meat crusty and brown.
