675g loaf thick slice cinnamon raisin bread
9 eggs
4 1/2 cups milk
Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cut bread into cubes. Place them in the casserole. Beat eggs and milk together; pour evenly over bread cubes.
Combine flour and brown sugar. Using a pastry blender to blend in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over bread cubes. Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with custard sauce or ice cream.
