1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix dry ingredients. Alternate adding milk and dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Pour into a WELL-greased bundt pan or 9 x 13. Bake at 350º for 60+ minutes if using a Bundt or 35 minutes if using a 9 x 13. If using a bundtt, be careful because the pan will be full to the top with batter.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came from my great-grandma, Jenny Wilson Rowlette. It really deserves the name "Pound Cake" because if you eat very much of it, you will put on at least a pound.... maybe more.
