saltines or club crackers
2 sticks butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 small package regular or milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Line jelly roll pan or 9x13 with aluminum foil. Line crackers inside of the pan with sides touching. Cook the butter and sugar on the stove for about 4 minutes or until the sugar and butter are completely combined. Stir constantly. Pour over crackers and place on the top shelf of the oven for 17 minutes. Take out and sprinkle on the chocolate chips. Put back in oven for 2 minutes or until they are soft. Smooth out with spatula. Sprinkle on pecans and store in refrigerator until it is cold. Break apart and store in closed container in the refrigerator.

This dessert was defiantly a winner at my church! The bottom has kind of like caramel; combined with the chocolate, it is really good. The serving size depends on how many pieces you break it into.
