1 pkg Lime Jello 3 oz
1 pkg Black Cherry jello 3 oz
1 pkg Cherry or Cranberry Jello 3 oz
1/2 Cup sugar
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/2 Cup hot pineapple juice
1 pint cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Crust
1/2 cube butter or margarine
1 pkg graham crackers (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup sugar ( can use granulated or powdered, I like powdered)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve individually the jello with 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Pour into 3 flat dishes ranging in size from 8x8 to 6x10 and set overnight. Cut into small squares.
make crust of 1/2 cube butter or margarine, 1/2 cups sugar, and 1 pkg crushed graham crackers. Press mixture into bottom of 9x 13 pan. Save a little of this about 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top of salad.
Dissolve 1 envelope Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water ( stir this for about a minute) Add 1/2 cup hot pineapple juice. Let cool a little

Whip 1 pint cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold cooled gelatin mixture into whipped cream. Fold in cubed jello. Spread on top of crust and refrigerate about 4 hours until stiff enough to cut into squares.

This salad is a bit of work, but worth it. I use different flavors and colors for different holidays. Ex. Pina colada, cherry and Berry Blue for the 4th of July, red's and greens for Christmas and pastels for Easter.
