2 pkg. Aidell's Hawaiian Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs (frozen)
4 16 oz. boxes of chicken broth
sliced fresh ginger root (use approximately 2" root)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 jalapeņos, sliced (leave seeds in)
1 box chicken noodles (may substitute rice noodles)
1 head bok choy, sliced
2 T soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients but noodles, bok choy, soy sauce and sesame oil until meatballs are hot.

Add uncooked noodles, bok choy.
Season with 2 T soy sauce.
Simmer until noodles are cooked.

Garnish with a small amount of toasted sesame oil prior to serving.
