1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp water
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup coco nut
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, cocoa, water, brown sugar, and eggs in a saucepan. Put over mod-heat. Brin to a boil and boil for 1 minute. (watch it as it will stick to the pan easily)
Add remaining ingredients- stir to blend. Packing 8 inch square pan. when cool ice with easy fudge icing.
To make Easy Fudge Icing:
1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp mild, 1 cup icing sugar
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add sugar. boil and stir over low hear for 2 minutes. Stir in milk and bring to a boil- stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm- stir in icing sugar, gradually to icing consistency. Spread on squares.
