Meat:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 large onion (diced)
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
salt & pepper
1/2 tsp Italian spice

lasagna noodles- I used oven ready

Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup minced onion
3 tbsp flour
paprika
1 3/4 cups milk
salt & pepper

Filling: mix together
3 cups cottage cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, turkey, mushrooms, salt, pepper, Italian spice. Add in 1 can of cream of chicken soup and chicken stock. Set aside.

In a pot fry onion and garlic in butter until transparent. Remove from heat and stir in paprika and flour. Blend in the milk, return to heat and bring to a boil stirring steadily. Season with salt & pepper.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a large baking dish. Layer noodles, meat, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, noodles, meat, noodles, sauce. Cover with tin foil and bake for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 cups grated cheese and bake another 20 minutes.
