2 cans of peaches & cream corn(include juice)
1 tomato (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
1 orange pepper (diced)
1/2 red onion (minced)
1 can of black beans (drained)
3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
ground cumin
cayenne powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a container with a lid. Add cumin & cayenne to taste. Let sit for 24 hours before serving. Serve with taco chips or as a salad.
