Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter or oleo
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup Nestle's Quik
1 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt

Filling:
1 stick butter or oleo
4 tablespoons Nestle's quick
6 tablespoons buttermilk
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar. Bring the oleo, cooking oil, Nestle's Quik and water to a boil, add flour mixture and remaining ingredients. Stir well. Grease and flour 13.5" x 9.5" pan, pour batter into the pan. Bake at 350° until cake springs back in center (about 30 to 35 minutes).

Filling:
Combine all ingredients, boil. Pour over cake while still warm.
