3-4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 pints sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2-4 cups mozzarella cheese
8-10 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts about 20 minutes (add salt and pepper to water). Mix soup, sour cream and milk in saucepan or microwave to warm. Shred chicken. Warm tortillas in microwave. (about 3 at a time) Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add some chicken, sauce and cheese to tortillas roll up and put in pan. Spread remaining sauce over top of enchiladas and tip with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350º.

Can add anything to the sauce, ex: salsa, green chilies, black olives.
