1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
SECOND LAYER:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
THIRD LAYER:
1 large pkg. instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
FOURTH LAYER:
Top with large container of cool whip
Sprinkle with pecans and chill
