1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. molasses
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk ( or milk clabbered with vinegar)
3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 c. oat bran
2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Turn oven on at 350-375º
Whip together the oil, honey, molasses, eggs,
and buttermilk. Then, in a separate bowl, whisk
the baking soda and salt into the flour and then
add the bran and raisins. Gradually stir these dry
ingredients into the wet ingredients but do not over-
beat the batter. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full or pour into
two greased 9x 13 pans. Bake for 20 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
