2 cans sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup lemon juice
12oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix according to directions on the box in either a 9x13 pan or 2-8in cakes. Cool completely.

Mix sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together. Reserve 3/4 cup and spread remaining mixture on cooled cake. Refrigerate until set. Mix reserved filling and cool whip together and spread on cake.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When I make the cake in the 9x13 pan, I spread some of the filling on the hop cake so that is is absorbed in the cake. I put the rest of the filling on the cake once it cools.

Food coloring can be added to the cool whip if you want a festive color.
