2 pounds boiled shrimp chopped in a food processor;
1 - 8 oz. pack of cream cheese;
Juice from one lemon;
10 green onions or 8 toes of minced garlic;
2 - 3 tbsp. of Mayonnaise or enough to mix thoroughly;
1 tsp. hot sauce or to taste;
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce:
Salt and pepper to taste;
Ritz crackers.

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese with lemon juice with mixer.
Add green onion, garlic, mayonnaise, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix with mixer. Add shrimp and stir.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
