Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 of an onion;
1 stick of butter;
2 tsp. of garlic;
2 - 10 oz. boxes of chipped spinach, cooked and drained;
4 ounces of cream cheese;
8 ounces of sour cream;
1 can artichoke hearts rinsed and chopped up;
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese;
8 oz. of grated Monterey Jack cheese;
Tony Chachere's seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to taste;
Tostitos.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter.
Add garlic and saute.
Add cooked spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and artichokes.
Simmer until melted and remove from fire.
Add Parmesan cheese, some Monterey Jack cheese, and spices.
Place in a shallow dish and top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese.
Heat in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with tostitos.
