1 (8oz) package of cream cheese,
1 (8oz) package of sour cream,
1 small can of green chilies,
1 small can of chopped black olives,
1 small green onion (optional),
1 teaspoon seasoned salt,
1 teaspoon garlic salt,
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese,
1 package flour tortillas either size will do,
1 jar salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Then add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix ( I just use a spoon). At this point you can place in refrigerator if you don't have time to roll up the sandwiches or, you can spread thinly, but evenly on the tortillas. Roll up , jellyroll fashion.

Place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Cut into approximately 1/2 inch thick slices. Serve with salsa.
