Directions:
Saute mushrooms in 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Set aside. Saute ground meat, add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle meat with flour and cook on medium heat til flour is cooked and smells nutty: about 3 to 5 mins. Add beef stock, garlic, thyme and sautéed mushrooms to meat mixture and simmer about 5 mins. While meat mixture is simmering, cook noodles as directed, strain and toss with 1 tablespoon butter and parmesan cheese. Add sour cream to meat mixture and gently stir til well blended. Lightly toss noodles with meat sauce and transfer to a baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 mins in 350 degree oven. This dish can be made ahead however; do not bake until ready to eat.
