1 c. butter, softened and cut into cubes
2 c. flour
2/3 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2/3 c. raspberry preserves
1/3 c. dried cranberries
1/3 c. mixed nuts, chopped
1/3 c. milk chocolate chips
1/3 c. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (or spray) a 7x11-in pan. In a food processor, whirl flour, oats, and sugar together for 10 seconds. Add 1 cup butter and whirl until mixture forms a ball. Set aside 1/2 cup of mixture. Whirl in yolks.

Press yolk mixture into pan. Spread with preserves. Sprinkle cranberries, nuts, white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and press slightly into dough. Form pea-size crumbles with reserved dough mixture and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or until the top is pale golden). Cool on rack and cut into bars.
