2 Tbsp butter
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (15oz) can chili with beans
1/2 can (15 oz) corn or 3/4 cup frozen corn
1/2 can (15 oz) refried beans
1/8 cup chopped jalapeños (I use canned)
1/2 package taco seasoning mix
Corn tortillas, torn into pieces
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté butter, chopped celery, and onions in a large pan for about 10 minutes.

Add chili with beans, corn, refried beans, chopped jalapeños, and taco seasoning mix.

Layer in large casserole or 8x12 baking dish:

Corn tortillas, torn into pieces ( about 6 for the whole recipe)
Chili mix
Repeat layers until you run out.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, bake uncovered another 2-3 minutes.
