Ingredients:
5 lbs turkey breast (bone in) or a 3-5 lb roasting chicken
1 Tbsp salt free garlic seasoning
1 Tbsp salt free spicy seasoning
1 tsp garlic and pepper seasoning (with salt)
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Pat turkey breast or chicken dry with paper towels. Remove pop-up timer if needed. Sprinkle seasonings liberally inside and outside of the bird.

Take a length of aluminum foil and make a "snake" out of it. Form the snake into a ring and place in bottom of the crockpot.

Place turkey breast/chicken on top of foil ring. Put more seasoning on top as needed.

Pour 1/4 cup of water in crockpot to prevent seasoning from burning.

Cook on high for roughly 1 hour per pound, test for doneness 30 minutes before time is up.
