2 cups crushed pretzels
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter, melted
12 oz. Philadelphia® light cream cheese
An additional 1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1 cup Cool Whip® or Lite Cool Whip®
2 cups boiling water
2 packets strawberry flavored Jello® – regular or sugar free
1 1/2 cups cold water
2 pints strawberries, sliced

Mix crushed pretzels, 1/3 cup sugar, and butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and milk until smooth.

Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread mixture over pretzel crust. Refrigerate.

Stir boiling water into Jello®in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves a definite impression).

Fold strawberries into the Jello® and then spoon them over the cream cheese layer.

Chill 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.

This recipe may be halved and made in a 8x8 pan for 8 servings.
